For the convenience of our clients, we now have an experienced business attorney, Natalie Bogdanov under the same roof with us. Natalie is an NYU Law School graduate, a member of New York bar since 1998 and has extensive corporate experience. From 1997 to 2002 Natalie practiced law in the corporate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson - consistently recognized as a top 25 National Law Firm. Since then, she has worked for a top European bank as well as in regulatory sphere. Mrs. Bogdanov's area of practice will include all business related matters - contracts, real estate leases, landlord negotiations, debt financings, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and buy-out agreements.
